Setting the Transcript Column Configuration

The User Transcript Report Column Settings can be set by User Type. To set the columns to be displayed in the Student Transcript page in the Learner Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Go to General: Transcript Column Configuration
  2. Select Add to the User Type
  3. Select the checkboxes for the columns that you want displayed in the Transcript report generated from the Student Portal: Transcript tab

Click Submit
