Email Opt In/Opt Out Configuration

Email Opt In/Opt Out preferences can now be customized at the region and country level.
The following feature will help customers who train to a global audience and need to manage
Subsequently, this option is to enable and disable emails by user's region, user's country or for an individual user.
The following conditions are to be adhered during following situations.
1. When email does not go out.
2. When email does not go out by default but the user has control to turn this email on (and off). This email will display in the student profile. The check box will be unchecked in the first load.
3. When email goes out by default but the user has control to turn this email off (and on). This email will display in student profile. The check box will be checked in the first load.
4. When the email always goes out.
Here are some enhanced features.
Press "Yes" to remove the settings in the selected country or the selected region. All user's individual settings to that particular country or the region will be removed.
If the server is temporarily down or some unforeseen error had occurred. Such interruptions will only be temporary.

If you wish to remove this feature, please submit a support ticket through the ticket center. Once this gets disabled, email templates with the FROM email address will get starting to go out.
