Course Rating Comment Box

Students now have the ability to add comments upon submitting their course rating. A text box is provided for students to submit feedback or comments about a course.
Once user has submitted a comment and/or the rating; it will be displayed upon access. The comments will also be displayed in the "User_Courses_Rating_Report''
